SALES TAX

A six percent sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Arkansas.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME FOR ORDERS

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 - 10 business days depending on the item and the availability.

In most cases orders ship via UPS or FedEx, but some smaller orders may be shipped via the USPS. Packages over $35.00 are automatically insured. Please be aware that once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to change the quantities, the 'ship to' location or cancel the order.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AVAILABLE

We ship to the Continental United States. `All "ship to" addresses must have a valid city and zip code. We cannot ship to military addresses. Orders shipped via UPS can not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you believe your order was damaged during shipping or if your order appears to possibly contain damaged products, please contact Organic Bedding Pro as soon as possible to expedite your claim.To process a lost, damaged or stolen order you MUST contact Organicbeddingpro.com. We must verify that your item has been lost, stolen or damaged. If your products are indeed damaged Organicbeddingpro will assist in the process of collection. Please retain all packaging items (box, bubble wrap, tape, invoice, etc.).

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

Claims must be made within 10 days from date of receiving package. To make a claim contact us at info@organicbeddingpro.com.

ORDER SHORTAGES

If you are missing an item in your order you must make a claim at info@organicbeddingpro.com within 10 days of date of receiving your order. Sometimes products in one order ship from different manufacturers which could account for items not all arriving at the same time.

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY Our inventory is subject to availability. Some items are manufactured seasonally. We try to keep our website as current as possible to reflect when an item is unavailable. If you order an out-of-stock item we will notify you as soon as possible. If an out of stock item will be unavailable for more than one week from time of order we will contact you and refund your money unless you specifically request to remain on back-order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please be sure of your purchase before you order. After an order is shipped we cannot reverse the order or accept returns.

RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTIES

RETURN POLICY

Please be certain of your purchase before ordering. If you have any questions please contact us, and we will reply as promptly as possible. After the product has been shipped from our warehouse we cannot accept any returns. All sales will be final. The only exception is in the case of a wrong order order fulfillment or defective item. (Also read our Warranty Information and Mattress Comfort Guarantee below.)

MATTRESS COMFORT GUARANTEE

We offer a 10 Day comfort guarantee on all of our customizable mattresses:

If, within 10 days of receiving a customizable mattress, you wish to exchange one 2" or 3" layer of the mattress for a firmer or softer feel, you can send the layer directly to Organic Bedding Pro via UPS in the original box, and we will replace the layer, free of charge, with another one of your choice. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to your comfort exchange. You must contact us directly with your request before shipping your unwanted layer back to Organic Bedding Pro. Otherwise, this offer may be voided and your shipment refused.

We offer two options for comfort exchanges.

Option 1.

You may ship the unwanted layer directly to Organicbeddingpro.com after contacting us with your desire for a comfort exchange. You must prepay the actual shipping cost for the manufacturer to ship the new layer to you. Upon receiving and accepting your return layer, Organicbeddingpro.com will then send you a new layer of your choice from the factory. This option allows you to only pay for shipping in advance, but it will take longer for you to receive your new layer.

Option 2.

If you want a new layer right away, you may order the desired layer through Organicbeddingpro.com after contacting us with your desire for a comfort exchange. After Organicbeddingpro.com receives the unwanted layer in acceptable condition, Organicbeddingpro.com will refund you for the cost of the replacement layer less the actual shipping and handling cost. This option will allow you to receive your replacement quicker but requires that you pay for an additional layer until your returned layer has been received and accepted by Organicbeddingpro.com.

Note For All Comfort Exchanges:

Returned layers must be CLEAN and FREE OF CONTAMINATES OF ANY KIND. We recommend that on receiving your mattress, you keep all packaging materials until you are sure that you are satisfied with the comfort level. We require that all layers are sent to us in original packaging. We also require that layers shipped to us are in "new" condition in order to be accepted for exchange. We cannot be responsible for contamination of layers due to return shipping, so make sure you protect it well. If the returned layer is returned in an unacceptable state (dirty, contaminated, damaged or has odors) we reserve the right to void this offer. If a layer cannot be accepted for exchange you can purchase a new layer or have your original layer shipped back to you at your option.

BEDDING WARRANTY:

Each bedding item has a warranty and will be replaced if defective.

All items have a warranty against actual defects in the first year, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Toppers and Mattress Pads have warranty for an additional 3 years for anything exceeding normal compression.

Warranty does not cover misuse, stains, or normal wear. This includes soiling, burns, comfort preference, sheet fit, odors, damage from moving or abuse, pillows and comforters that have been washed, and pitting of fabric from washing, etc.

We do warranty our workmanship to include seams splitting, or fabric defects.

If an item is defective, we usually require you to return it directly to our manufacturer for verification of defective qualities and replacement. We reserve the right to either repair or replace the product at our discretion. If the item is not determined upon inspection to meet the qualifications of being defective, we also reserve the right to refuse service or to invalidate the warranty. Please contact us for the necessary information before you make your return. If you send the item directly to Organicbeddingpro.com, your shipment will be refused.

We do not ask the customer to pay shipping for product defects.You will be required to pay shipping initially until we receive the defective item at our warehouse and can confirm it is in fact defective. If the product is defective we will then refund you the shipping cost.

All mattress warranties are limited against defects according to what is covered by the manufacture warranty. Organicbeddingpro.com does not provide any warranty in addition to the manufacture warranty.

ADULT MATTRESS WARRANTY

Your Natural Mattress has been crafted expertly by hand with our exclusive high quality and absolutely pure fibers. We have third party testing to give confidence to our customers that they are indeed pure. Each part of your mattress and foundation is covered by a 10 year fixed and 30 year prorated warranty for your peace of mind. Our warranty covers all component parts of your mattress system against defects in materials or workmanship. If you feel your mattress is defective please contact us at info@organicbeddingpro.com so we can rapidly remedy the situation. We will repair or replace defective parts at our discretion. We do not ask the customer to pay shipping for product defects.You will be required to pay shipping initially until we receive the defective item at our warehouse and can confirm it is in fact defective. If the product is defective we will then refund you the shipping cost.

ZEUS ADULT MATTRESSES: Our Zeus mattress carries a 35 year warranty (fifteen year fixed and 35 year prorated). This warranty excludes the top 30-35 ILD layer which carries the standard mattress warranty. This top layer could wear faster over time due to heavy weight, excess use, etc. as it is a softer layer. This is normal, and this layer can be replaced inexpensively if you use your mattress past 30 years. This mattress features our comfort exchange warranty. If, within 10 days of receipt, you wish to exchange 1 slab of the mattress for a firmer or softer feel, you can send it directly to Organic Bedding Pro via UPS in box, and we will replace the slab, free of charge, with another one of your choice. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to your comfort exchange. You must contact us directly with your request before shipping your unwanted slab back to Organic Bedding Pro. Otherwise, this offer may be voided.

All mattress warranties are limited against defects according to what is covered by the manufacture warranty. Organicbeddingpro.com does not provide any warranty in addition to the manufacture warranty.

Due to the nature of mattresses there are a few conditions where a warranty is voided.

NOT COVERED:

Mold due to customer misuse

Sagging due to improper foundation, wood slats must be no more than 3.75”apart.

Customer rips and tears

Mattress has been folded or bent.

NOTE: If a mattress is defective, we require you to ship it directly to our manufacturer for verification of defective qualities and replacement. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make the choice either to repair or to replace the product. If it is determined upon inspection to not meet the qualifications of being defective, we reserve the right to refuse service or to proclaim the warranty invalid. If you send defective items directly to Organicbeddingpro.com, your shipment will be refused.
