Our 10 - 12" fully enclosed, organic cotton mattress barrier covers are made with a high 440 thread count barrier cloth which is imported from Germany. It is SKAL certified organic cotton fabric that is heat pressed to tighten the fibers to a 6 micron opening - recommended to protect against dust mites debris. These covers are chemical-free since we do not contaminate our organic cotton by adding any chemicals or urethanes. We do not dye our barrier covers so this not only makes our products completely organic but also lets them retain a naturally rich look.
